The retreat includes 4 nights of accommodations (Thursday - Sunday night) as part of the purchase price. The resort is known for its serene oceanfront setting, holistic wellness offerings, and deep connection to nature—a perfect pairing for the transformational experiences of this retreat.
Q: How do I get there?
A: You will arrange your ground transportation to and from 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. I will provide recommended transportation options and create a spreadsheet for attendees closer to the retreat date to help coordinate shared car or van pickups. You can also rent a car if you prefer more flexibility during your stay.
Q: Who can attend?
A: This retreat is designed for women of all backgrounds who are seeking a deeper connection to themselves, their feminine energy, and their inner power. No prior movement or embodiment experience is necessary. All attendees must be 18+.
Q: Where should I stay?
A: Your accommodation is included in the retreat package, so there’s no need to book separately. Rooms at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay are part of a luxury experience designed to enhance your retreat journey. Staying on-site ensures you are fully immersed in the experience, allowing for deeper integration, connection, and rest.
Q: Do you cater to allergies/dietary restrictions?
A: Yes! We will gather information on allergies and dietary restrictions and ensure that meals accommodate all needs. This is your time to be taken care of, so allow yourself to receive!

A: Yes, rooms will have two queen-size beds, and you will be sharing with another retreat attendee.
