What if I miss a day?

How much time do I need to dedicate daily?

You can always catch up if you miss a day. You will get all the prompts in your email for you to go back to.

To set yourself up for success in this challenge though, you can intentionally set aside time each day (preferably the same time every day that will allow you to be consistent) that will keep you on track.


That truly depends to what level and depth you want to see a change in your life. The amount of energy & intention that you put into this challenge, the more that you will get out of it.

At a minimum, creating about 10-20 minutes a day will really serve you best in seeing results in your life.

What kind of support will I receive?
